Free hiking week with Rita Meier and Renè Schürpf
From 21 to 25 October 2024 we will again be holding the popular hiking days with René Schürpf. Mrs Rita Meier plans all hikes with great care
Decide as you wish which hike you would like to join. Simply announce your interset the evening before. Participation is free of charge.
We’ll make it easy for you! On the day of the hike, you will receive a packed lunch from reception (against payment of a fee).
The number of participants is not limited.
Casa Giardino: winter under the palm trees
During the winter, when the Hotel Stella is closed, we rent the rooms and the suite at Casa Giardino on a weekly or monthly basis (winter prices).
If you are interested, contact us as soon as possible. The Casa Giardino is almost always fully booked every winter.

Season opening 2024
From March 10th to March 27st you will receive a 12% off-season discount for stays of 4 nights or more.
We offer a season opening discount every year – it should not be missed!
Long stay special 2024
For guests who stay more than 8 nights we have created a 5% discount. Take advantage of relaxing, enjoying the panorama and discovering the area.
Hiking week discount 2024
Wonderful late autumn in Ticino! From October 20nd to October 27th you can enjoy a hiking week discount of 12% for stays of 4 nights or more.
Half board discount
Half-board is worthwhile throughout the season! From the 5th night with half board you benefit from an 8% discount. That pleases the palate and the wallet.
Special discount for children
Children up to 3 years are free. Breakfast is also included but not dinner.
Baby cots are also available free of charge and can be reserved before arrival.
Half board is worth it
For only CHF 39.00 per day, you will be served an excellent four-course meal. Dream panorama included. Children from the age of 4 can also benefit from this offer or let themself be pampered with a children’s menu (Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pinocchio, Goofy and Pluto).
